Privacy Notice

Account information. Name, email address, and authentication credentials, collected and managed through our identity provider, Clerk. We never see or store your password.

Aircraft and maintenance data. The registration and serial number you provide at signup, and the maintenance program, meter readings, compliance records, and documents you (or maintenance facilities you authorize) enter into the platform.

Payment information. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your plan.

Usage information. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated by operating and securing the service.

To provide the Services: computing due lists, screening airworthiness directives against your fleet, storing your records, and communicating with you about the service and your subscription. We may aggregate and de-identify data to understand and improve the product; de-identified data no longer identifies you or your aircraft.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (application hosting and file storage), and Neon (database hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Airworthy, our users, or others.

Maintenance-facility work links you create share that aircraft’s open items with whoever holds the link; you can revoke a link at any time.

We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can export your maintenance records — records whose whole point is their history. Data is encrypted in transit; document downloads use short-lived expiring links.

You can access and correct your account information in the app, export your records, and cancel your subscription at any time. To delete your account and its data, or to exercise rights available under the privacy laws that apply to you, contact us at the address below and we will respond as those laws require.
